By accessing or using Recipedia AI, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Service set forth below. These terms apply to the Recipedia AI mobile application, the website recipedia.co, and any related services or communications between you and Recipedia AI. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service.

Under no circumstances shall Recipedia AI or SOFYO DIJITAL COZUMLERI TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Recipedia AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, pricing, or usage policies at any time without prior notice.

License

Recipedia AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SOFYO DIJITAL COZUMLERI TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access without notice.

Restrictions

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor remove any proprietary notices or intellectual property markings belonging to Recipedia AI or its licensors.

Payments and Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Recipedia AI does not control or process payment information and is not responsible for payment disputes handled by Apple.

User Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or improvements submitted by you shall be deemed non-confidential and shall become the exclusive property of Recipedia AI, without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

Links to Third-Party Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Recipedia AI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of such third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Updates and Modifications

Recipedia AI may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the application. Such updates may change or remove features, and Recipedia AI has no obligation to maintain or continue any specific functionality. All updates are considered part of the Service and subject to these Terms.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Recipedia AI. Recipedia AI may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Recipedia AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

No Warranties
